We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE, which are subject to the following terms:
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:
If applicable, we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.

Note: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for further action.
Order Cancellation by PANAR AYURVEDA
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of the product
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled within the eligible time window, the refund will be processed automatically. No cancellation charges will be applied.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 4 days. Exchanges exceeding 4 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product wasn’t used or damaged
- The product must include original tags (if applicable)
- The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.
You are given the right to exchange the item once. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you’re exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference. If the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference..
